From sponsoring organizations: Contact details, branding assets, and payment records.
From sponsored individuals: Name, contact details, demographic information, NIN, address, education and employment background, bank details (account name, number, bank name), and training activity.
Bank details are collected to enable cash sponsorship disbursements directly to you. They are never shared with third parties except our payment processors.
Your profile is built once and reused across every program you join. This means you never have to fill out the same form twice. We collect:
Your data is only shared with the organization that sponsors your specific program, and only as needed to administer that program.
Your onboarding profile is stored once and can be reused to join any open sponsored program without re-entering the same details. Each new enrollment is still subject to that program's own eligibility review.

Card and mobile money details are handled directly by Paystack and Flutterwave. SkillNexus stores only transaction references, amounts and statuses — never your full payment details.
Bank details provided for disbursements are stored securely and used only to transfer funds to you.
Transactional emails are sent through Mailjet, with Brevo used automatically as a backup if Mailjet is unavailable. We never share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Learner profiles are retained to allow reuse across programs. You may request deletion of your profile by contacting support, subject to any records an organization must retain for compliance.
Bank details are retained only as long as needed for payment processing and legal compliance.
